Safina leads Tanzania operations, client delivery, and compliance coordination. She ensures clients receive reliable, timely, and accurate accounting support that keeps their businesses compliant and running smoothly.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
- Senior Accountant at Dough Works Limited — franchise holder for KFC, Pizza Hut, Air Café, and BAO Café in Tanzania.
- ACPA and NBAA member with experience in TRA, VAT, PAYE, SDL, WCF, NSSF, withholding tax, and BRELA-related compliance.
Sabrina Jaffer, ACCA, MSc, MBA
Sabrina leads advisory, systems, strategy, and quality across client engagements. She brings senior finance experience and a rigorous, standards-driven approach, helping business owners use their numbers with more clarity and confidence.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, financial operations, internal controls, and advisory.
- Manager-level experience with CPA firms and fractional CFO environments supporting SMEs, startups, and growth-focused businesses.
- ACCA, MSc, MBA, and CPA Candidate with strengths in reporting, process improvement, automation, and decision support.
